Iranian Transport Minister to visit Baku

At the invitation of Ziya Mammadov, Iranian Transport Minister Muhammad Rahmeti will pay a visit to Azerbaijan in the second half of January.

Azerbaijani ambassador to Iran Abbasali Hasanov told APA that expansion of cooperation will be on focus during discussions.

A number of agreements on international projects are expected to be reached within the visit.

"Issues concerning construction of Julfa-Julfa Bridge, Astara-Astara railway line, North-South project will be discussed, agreements on implementation of these projects will be arrived at," Hasanov said.
