Mortgage lending bill recommended to Milli Majlis

Milli Majlis Economic Policy Commission Chairman Ziyad Samadzade briefed the lawmakers about the decision of approval of he National bank Management Board members.

The issue on Application of Mortgage Law was discussed at the meeting.

Commission members approved of amendments to the laws on land reform and market as well as Civil Procedural, Disciplinary Offence and Land Codes, and make infective the Law on Security.

The commission members also approved of amendments to the privatization of the housing stock, APA informed.
