Azerbaijan to apply personal income declaration system next year

The issue on personal income declaration system is under discussion at the level of the Cabinet.

Tax Minister Fazil Mammadov told APA the ministry would carry out preparation for the implementation of the project after the Government approves of the system.

According to Mammadov, most of the state organs were against the application of this system.

The system is believed to enables the government to verify people's eligibility for various social programs.
