Azerbaijan&China to invest $12m in Sumgait Glass Manufacturing Plant

Azerbaijan and China will invest USD 12 million in creation of a joint venture in Sumgait Glass Manufacturing Plant, Industry and Energy Minister Natig Aliyev said.

"Azerbaijan and China have concluded an agreement to reconstruct Sumgait Glass Manufacturing Plant and to furnish it with modern equipment," he said, APA reports.

Natig Aliyev also said that the ministry also studying the propositions on reconstruction of big privatized industrial enterprises in Sumgait, Mingechevir and Baku and attraction of investment to these enterprises.
