Azerbaijan Investment Co to acquire 20% stake of Milk-Pro LLC

The agreement was signed during the negotiation on financing of the projects on collection milk, construction of milk processing plant and reconstruction of Goychay Milk Plant.

The memorandum includes assessment of investment, audit standards, terms for investment period, amount and form and other issues on investment making.

After conclusion of plans reflected in the memo, the parties will sign an agreement on investment-making.

According to APA, AIC will acquire a 20% participating interest in Milk-Pro, being one of the shareholders.

Besides making investment in the company on account of its financial resources, the AIC will also work to attract local ad foreign investors to the financing of projects.

The AIC Observation Board is expected to make a decision on investment-making next year.
