ICT Ministry develops Telecommunications Policy Plan

The Ministry press service told APA that the plan determines the policy of state in the telecommunication sphere.

The policy plan envisages liberalization of the telecommunication sector, regulatory policy, licensing, management of limited resources, equal competition policy and defence of the consumers' rights.

A large group of people will get an access to the communications and information services as a result of the implementation of the plan. Besides, the plan will allow attracting more domestic and foreign investment, reducing prices in telecommunication sphere, improving the quality of services and products, creation new jobs in small and medium size enterprises.
