Azerbaijan, Georgia to set electricity exchange schedule

Azerbaijan and Georgia will soon set electricity exchange schedule.

Georgia is currently exporting 20 megawatts of electricity to Azerbaijan, and doesn't exchange electrical energy with other states. But, Georgia has electricity exchange agreements with all five neighboring countries, Georgia State Energy System told APA.

Georgia consumes 1 420 megawatts of energy a day.
