Azeristiliktejhizat to punish heating pipe spoilers

Azeristiliktejhizat Heating Supply OJSC has started to repair and reconstruct heating systems due to winter.

Company deputy chair Ilham Mirzaliyev told APA that some people wrecked heating pipes in their apartment, but they will be made to repair them at their own expenditure.

Because of pipe breakages, it is impossible to provide heating for the residential buildings.

Mirzaliyev said that those who refuse to repair the pipes will be taken to court. He said that the Company has no right to fine the pipe spoilers without court decision.
