Taxes Ministry lifted arrest put on bank account of ANS TV and ANS CM radio.

The ministry gave any information concerning this case. AIB told the APA that they can not give any information about their customers according to the existing law.

It should be noted that, ANS Commerce was fined AZN 31 000 because of document frauds. ANS's claim was not met in the trial presided by Judge Mashallah Ahmedov, the judge of Economic Court 1. ANS did not pay the fine after it, and noted that the company will appeal to the Court of Appeals.
