Heydar Babayev: "ICSID to consider audit acts but not Arabul's threats"

He said Washington-based ICSID having registering the request made by Barmek satisfies the interests of the Economic Development Ministry, APA reports.

"It would be premature to say something before the trial," he said.
He also said Barmek will soon sign the handover agreement.

"Barmek wants to delay the process. Bakielectricshebeke will retake all the assets after the agreement is signed," he said.

Touching on EBRD's proposals on increasing the prices of energy in the country, Mr. Babayev said this issue is not on agenda today.
