IFC holds seminar on introduction to corporate governance

Within the framework of the Azerbaijan Corporate Governance Project, the seminar on introduction to the corporate governance was held for the representatives of the government agencies of Azerbaijan.

The seminar was attended by 28 representatives of the Economic Development Ministry, State Committee for Securities, Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, Baku Stock Exchange and National Deposit Center as well as shareholders of the Baku Stock Exchange. Seminar participants were awarded certificates.

The SECO-funded project is implemented by the International Finance Corporation. AzerTAg
