75 of 125 parliamentarians take part in sitting

It appeared that only 75 of 125 parliamentarians took part in the discussion at the beginning of the sitting.

As there was no quorum, the speaker Ogtay Asadov recommended the parliamentarians to be registered again. Then the parliamentarians take out of pockets their colleagues' cards and registered in place of them. But the number of participants was not more than 86. It appeared that 15 parliamentarians left the sitting and went to the tea-house.

Ogtay Asadov asked to call them back. The speaker advised them to be more attentive the sittings, APA reports.
