Region population to receive social welfare by plastic cards

Those living in the centers of regions and cisties will be able to receive social security benefits by plastic cards.

As APA reports, some 250 000 people receive social security benefits.

The Ministry said new ATMs should be in rural areas in order to let people receive benefits by card, APA reports.

But, the Ministry doesn't have enough funds to install new ATMs.
