             Abdullayev congratulated Mr. Schrader on his new appointment. He stressed both SOCAR and BP attache great importance to strengthening and enhancement of the bilateral cooperation.
Abdullayev highly appreciated David Woodward's activities, noting Azerbaijan International Operating Company’s successful development of the Azeri-Chiraq-Gunashli oil field is connected with the project’s operator BP, and in particular with Woodward.
SOCAR's President presented David Woodward with a diploma and gifts for his merits in development of Azerbaijan’s oil and gas industry.
Woodward spoke of his activity in Azerbaijan, expressing his gratitude to the Azerbaijani Government and SOCAR's management for the support provided during his tenure.
