PABSEC's 28th plenary to be held in Baku

The 28th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organization (PABSEC) will be held in Baku November 21-23, press service of Azerbaijan's Parliament said.

The meeting will reportedly discuss ways to increase the efficiency of PABSEC's activity, and will hand over the rotating presidency of the Assembly to Bulgaria.

PABSEC’s presidency is currently held by Azerbaijan.

Members of PABSEC are Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece and Albania. AzerTAg
