Amendments to be made to real estate appraisal

Some amendments will be made to the law on real estate appraisal, Real Estate Registration Service chair Arif Garashov said.

"Only little property tax is paid for big cottages and villas. This issue should be settled. Property tax should be paid for any properties of which inventory cost exceed 30m manats (old Azeri manats)," he added, APA reports.
