Rustam Usubov: "Financial intelligence organization at Prosecutor's Office expedient"

"Financial intelligence organizations are set up in four models: at police offices, courts and prosecutor’s offices, National Bank or Finance Ministry or in hybrid form," Rustam Usubov, the first deputy prosecutor general told journalists.

He thinks the organization would better operate at General Prosecutor's Office. "There is a department fighting against corruption in the Prosecutor General's Office. I think the new organization should operate at this department. The organization will have broad functions not repeating the functions of other organizations." APA
