Azeri Government to sue Barmek because of assets deficiency

He said that hand-over test of Bakielectricshebeke and Sumgaitelectricshebeke (both controlled by Barmek to supply Baku and Sumgait with energy) will have been completed in a few days.

"Deficiency of assets was found during the examination. We will demand repayment of the assets as said in the agreement," he said.

He also said that the problem can be ironed out without any court row if Barmek yields to our demand. But, the trial can also take place abroad in any case, APA reports.
