Court didn't meet ANS Commerce's claim

A trial on the lawsuit the ANS Group of Company's ANS Commerce brought against Taxes Ministry took place on Thursday.

Judge Mashallah Alakbarov presided over the trial at Economic Court #1. The court passed a decision not meeting the claim raised by ANS Commerce.

Representatives of Ernst and Young auditor and British embassy attended the trial. ANS Commerce will appeal against the decision.

Taxes Ministry imposed AZN 31 000 on ANS after examination of ANS Commerce. APA
