Check-up of over 50 building companies starts in Azerbaijan

State Agency for Construction Safety has started check-up of over 50 construction companies, Agency Chairman Jabrail Khanlarov said.

He said it was found that some companies use low-quality materials and have several deficiencies in construction, APA reports.

"These companies can face sanctions. Their uncompleted buildings can be knocked down. The examination will take a half year. Buildings where there are radioactive substances will be knocked down. The courts will deal with the problems with the companies," he said.
