Trial on ANS's lawsuit against Taxes Ministry

A trial on the lawsuit the ANS Group of Company's ANS Commerce brought against Taxes Ministry took place on Tuesday.

Judge Mashallah Alakbarov presided over the trial at Economic Court #1. Ernst and Young auditor representatives, Azerbaijan State Auditor Chamber representative Ismayil Gasimov, Justice Ministry representative Vagif Amiraslanov made a statement in the trial.

They supported ANS Commerce, saying the examination of the TX Ministry violated some items of the Tax Code.

Taxes Ministry imposed AZN 31 000 on ANS after examination of ANS Commerce. APA
