President Aliyev meets founder and CEO of Noble Group

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan on October 9 received at President Palace founder and CEO of Noble Group Richard Elman.

Elman said he is for the first time in Azerbaijan and deeply impressed with vast construction works in the country.

Head of the Azerbaijan State said Azerbaijan has reached strong and dynamic economic development stage. The goal is to achieve development of non-oil sector, the President marked. The measures undertaken sets ground for further accomplishments. AzerTAg
