105 citizens took out a mortgage during this period.

As APA reports, 47 individuals applied for a mortgage in March, 30 in April, 15 in May, 21 in June, 25 in July, 24 in August and 29 in September. And 4 people obtained the mortgage in March, 6 in April, 13 in May, 16 in June, 21 in July, 22 in August and 23 in September.

6 citizens took out AZN 10 000, 40 citizens took out AZN 10 001-20 000 and 59 took out AZN 20 001-30 000.

As to an annual average mortgage, the apartment price was AZN 33 198, amount of the mortgage was AZN 21 501, the apartment was 54 sq meter, per square meter AZN 620 and monthly repayment was AZN 265.

AMF has started allowing a mortgage since March 1 through its 15 authorized banks. Bank Standard was the first to allow a mortgage. AZN 26 mn was planned for mortgaging in the State Budget.
