Economic Development Ministry blames Barmek for delay of hand-over test

"We are surprised at Barmek's complaints about the delay. One of the reasons is that Barmek has not given back the equipment handed over to it," Deputy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov told APA.

He said independent experts are also investigating the problem. "The test will end in a few weeks. We all will know who is to blame. We are ready to receive the equipment and assets and return them to Bakielectricshebeke and Sumgaitelectricshebeke if they hand over."
