Tariff Council rises public transportation tariffs

The base tariff for intraurban passenger transportation is 15 kopeks. Suburban passenger transport will be 15 kopeks for 1-15km, 20 kopeks for 1-25km, 25 kopeks for 1-30km, 30 kopeks for 1-40 km, 40 kopeks for 1-50km, 60 kopeks for over 50km. The tariffs of over 50 intrrurban buses having 20 kopeks fare will be reduced to 15 kopeks.

The tariffs for Baku-Sumgayit busses will be reduced to 30 kopeks and intraurban tariffs will be added to it. Transport Ministry will ensure the tariffs to be placed so that passengers can notice them.

The Council also fixed new tariffs of State Register Service of Real Estate.

The tariffs will come to power from October 9, APA reports.
