Some 2 100 small state enterprises privatized in Azerbaijan

2 100 small state enterprises and facilities have been privatized since early year.

Totally over 36 000 small state enterprises have been privatized during the privatization period, State Committee for the Management of Public Properties told APA.

Lands around about 240 privatized enterprises and facilities were privatized since early this year.

The Committee also works to control privatization of the state properties, reconstruction works and to prevent local authorities from leasing out public lands illegally.
