Georgia purposely delays Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku railway construction

He told the APA's Turkey bureau that Azerbaijan and Turkey do their best for the beginning the construction work, but Georgia delays the construction under various pretexts.

"Turkey is ready to allocate US $220 for the construction of the railway. Azerbaijan has already allocated the funds. We almost do not want any money from Georgia, though it will gain many incomes from the project. But Georgia is posing bureaucratic obstacles to the construction of the railway. We cannot understand them," the high ranking official said.
