Preliminary trial on ANS's lawsuit against Taxes Ministry put off to Sep.22

Preliminary trial on the lawsuit the ANS Group of Company brought against Taxes Ministry had been scheduled for today was adjourned for September 22.

Judge Mashallah Alakbarov will preside over the trial at Economic Court #1.

Taxes Ministry imposed AZN 31 000 on ANS after examination of ANS Commerce. ANS claims that international and local auditors checked the financial documents and disproved the decision of the Taxes Ministry.

Taxes Ministry also examined ANS's recording studio and continues check-up in other sections, APA informs.
