According to the Fund regulations financial sources are formed by voluntary allocations by physical and juridical persons as well as other legal funds.

The Fund allocation is spent on development of maintenance, preparation of military goods and their test, their production, repair and modernization, carrying out military scientific research works, purchasing of military equipment, weapons as well as training of military personnel and solving their social and domestic problems.
