Azerbaijan may receive credit rating from Moody’s Investors Service.

Rating by Moody's is expected to be one point higher against the current rating by the Fitch Agency.

As APA reports, the government intends to negotiate with Fitch Agency on promotion of the credit rating.

Azerbaijan's rating by Fitch Agency this year is the same as it was in 2004. Azerbaijan enjoys long-term credit rating BB and short-term rating B.
