Mortgaging mechanism of AMF simplified

Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) told that the amendments were made to simplify and improve the mortgaging mechanism.

Some restrictions on the incomes and liabilities were removed, underwriting mechanism was simplified, the number of required documents was reduced, mortgage market infrastructure (mortgage agents, brokers and services) was planned to be expanded.

Moreover, number of documents on other issues such as general conditions, exemption of debts from tax etc. were worked out and will be referred to relevant bodies for review, APA reports.
