Azerbaijani enterprises and institutions' net income before taxes rose 20.1%

As APA reports, the profitability of the enterprises constituted 74.4% while the indicator was 70.2% in 2004.

AZN 1 183.4mn (55.5%) of the aggregate income came from industry, 401.2mn from transportation, AZN 180.1mn from communications, AZN 127.9mn from building sector and the indicators are respectively 25.3% more, 5.7% less, 44.2% more and 34.9% more than last year’s. the rest part of the incomes came from trade, utilities and social services etc.

The deficits of the enterprises constituted AZN 241.1mn which exceeds 2004’s indicator by 76.7%.

The most noticeable deficits were observed in industry AZN 133mn (+ 2 times) and transportation AZN 45.8mn.
