New owner of Khachmaz TV announced

Tender announced by the National Television and Radio Council on 43rd channel through which Khachmaz TV is broadcasting was over.

The Council chair Nushiravan Maharramli told APA the winner of the competition is Elnur Baghirov chair of RTV LLC. He also said that the winner has been granted a license at the meeting of the Council on Tuesday.
