Court of Appeal to review Barmek's case

Trial on complaint of Barmek Holding and Barmek Azerbaijan Power Network took place at Azerbaijan Economic Court on Conflicts Emerging from International Contracts.

In the trial presided over by Judge Natavan Tagiyeva it was decided to review the complaint at Court of Appeal.

Barmek's property and bank accounts were seized and are under arrest now after the appeal of Economic Development Ministry, APA reports.
