Export of Iran's gas to Georgia started

Georgia oil officials announced about export of Iran's natural gas to this country.

Chief of Georgia Gas Company said in a television interview: "Daily more than 2 million square meters of gas will be transferred to Georgia through Azerbaijan."

Hadi Nejad-Hosseinian, Iran's deputy oil minister in international affairs also confirmed this news and announced: "Because of Georgia's gas problem Iran will export more than 30 billion square meters of natural gas to this county in a 30 day period."
