Azerbaijan to purchase new short-range aircrafts

AZAL holds talks aimed at purchasing six French ATER 42-500 and ATER 72-500 type passenger aircrafts.

Azerbaijan Airlines State Concern for proposal, application, and complaints department chief, Maharram Safarli has told APA.

Safarli has stated that they will implement flights to the neighboring CIS countries. Besides it, they will bu used on routes to Nakhchivan and Ganja. In future, after reconstruction of airports in the regions these planes will be used in Baku-Lenkeran and Baku-Zagatala airlines' implementation.
