Turkish Energy Minister: "Blue Stream gas pipeline to reach Ceyhan"

Turkey's Energy Minister Hilmi Guler stated that his country has turned into an important mediator between the producers and users of energy.

"Some time ago the project Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan was considered to be imspossible but we showed it could be carried out. Now the region of Ceyhan is one of the most important to the Turkish government," the Minister said, IA Regnum informs.

Hilimi Guler pointed out that the Nabuco gas pipeline project would mean the gas for Austria to pass through the terrirories of Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary.
