Communication services increased by 28.8% in Q1

In January-March of the current year communication enterprises provided AZN 109.3 mn of communication services to legal and physical persons (or exceeding the analogous indicator of the last year's relevant period by 28.8%)

As APA was informed from the State Statistics Committee, 25% of communication services were provided by state enterprises, and 75% by non-state communication enterprises; their volume increased by 23.8% and 30.9% respectively.

According to the information, in the reporting period 67.7% of the communication services income was obtained from cellular phone communication and its volume grew by 30.7% to AZN 73.9m.
