Internet provider for regions started activity

The Transeurocom provider company started rendering Internet services in the regions of Azerbaijan.

The Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov said that the provider uses fiber optic cable for railway system. Mr.Abbasov said that special concessions are granted to providers operating in the regions and stressed that such providers contact Baku freely by means of trunk lines.

Heretofore Internet services had been available in the regions due to Aztelekomnet state company, APA reports.
