IMF's mission came to Baku

The International Monetary Fund's technical assistance mission led by the senior economist of the IMF Statistical Department Michael Silver is in their visit to Baku.

As APA reports, the mission to stay in Azerbaijan till March 3 will discuss the "New methodology on calculation of consumer price index" implemented in the State Statistical Committee. The mission's visit is of advisory character.

Another mission led by the IMF senior economist Vitali Kramerenko will visit Baku in the middle of April. The mission will discuss new forms of cooperation with the Azerbaijani government and projects to be funded.
