Energy security issues in GUAM framework will be discussed in Baku.

Other region states will participate in top level meeting besides GUAM, APA reports.

Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that gas and oil issues would also be discussed in the meeting: "Energy transportation of Azerbaijan with Ukraine, Poland, besides Georgia and Turkey, in the direction of Europe will be discussed in the meeting."
