Microsoft to open offices in Azerbaijan's regions

APA was told by the press-service of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies that the Microsoft officials will visit Azerbaijan for participation in an opening ceremony of the company's office to be the first analogous representation in Caucasus. The new office will promote development of information-communication technologies in Azerbaijan.

The Microsoft Company intending to expand its activity in Azerbaijan plans to open its branches in all regions of the republic in future.

An agreement on establishment of Microsoft's office in Azerbaijan was achieved during the visit of the communications and information technologies minister Ali Abbasov to Portugal from January 30 to February 3.
