OGPU named after Amirov extracted 465 thousand cubic metres of additional gas in January

The Oil-and-Gas production Unit (OGPU) named after A.J.Amirov extracted 465 thousand cubic metres of additional gas against 2 million 570 thousand cubic metres of gas extraction stipulated in the plan last month.

According to the information given to APA from the press-service of SOCAR, as a result, 3 million 35 thousand cubic metres of gas was handed over to the government. Geological measures implemented in 2 wells situated in the "Galmas" field late in the past year also affected the growth of gas extraction. So, 6 million cubic metres of gas was extracted from 2 wells of OGPU in December last year and January this year.
