The Chamber of Accounts (CA) of Azerbaijan plans to sign bilateral agreements on cooperation with the Chambers of Accounts of Ukraine and Kazakhstan this year.

As APA reports citing the Head of the International Relations and Information Technologies Department of CA Fuad Ibrahimov, the parties discussed the proposals concerning the agreements and it's also planned that the Chambers will conduct joint and parallel inspections as well.

It should be noted that CA of Azerbaijan has analogous cooperation agreements with Russia, Georgia, Turkey and Iran and protocol of understanding with Great Britain.

F.Ibrahimov said that the Chamber of Accounts also conducted exchange of experience with the National Auditor Office of Latvia: "A meeting was held with the Chief Auditor of the National Auditor Office of Latvia Inguna Sudraba within the framework of a visit to this country the other day. Most probably that in the future the bilateral cooperation agreement will be signed with the National Auditor office of Latvia, too. The Chamber of Accounts has already been using methodical documents of the National Auditor Office of Latvia taking into consideration its experience".
