Volume of gas imported from Russia to Azerbaijan decreased by 7.9%

Oil and oil products transportation by means of main oil pipelines increased by 0.9% to 11.7 million tons and gas transportation by means of main gas pipelines increased by 4.4% to 9.5 billion cubic meters over the past year.

As APA reports refering to the State Statistical Committee, 47.8% of transportation was realized at the expense of gas imported from Russia and its volume decreased by 7.9% in comparison with the previous year. Cargo turnover decreased by 4% in main oil pipelines and by 12.6% in gas pipelines.
