Incomes and expenses of State Social Protection Fund increased by 19.9% and 19.4% last year

The incomes of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) amounted to AZM 501.22 million manats in 2005 and this exceeds the analogous figure of the same period of the previous year by 19.9%.

As APA reports refering to the press-service of SSPF, the income forecast on mandatory state social insurance premiums from non-budget and budget organizations was implemented in level of 102.8% and 93.4%, respectively; in general, the income forecast was executed in level of 99.5%. Despite the rate of mandatory state social insurance premiums was reduced 4 points on the whole, in 2005 revenues from mandatory state social insurance premiums exceeded the figure of 2004 by 12.7% and reached AZM 314.54 million.

Revenues from budget organizations was AZM 7.92 million less than the amount stipulated in the forecast last year and it negatively affected implementation of the forecast on mandatory state social insurance premiums in general.

However, because AZM 5.44 million of it was compensation overpaid by non-budget organizations, the deficit on implementation of the forecast amounted generally to AZM 2.46 million.

64.2% or AZM 201.84 million of past year's revenues fell to share of non-budget organizations and this exceeds the indicator of 2004 by 8.4% and the forecast by 2.8%.

Revenues from physical persons engaging in business undertakings increased by 86.4% in 2005.

Transfer of the state budget entered the budget of SSPF in amount of AZM 186 million planned in the forecast. Revenues from other proceeds totaled AZM 0.68 million and it exceeds the forecast by 36%.

In the mean time, the expenses of the Fund totaled AZM 496.94 million in 2005 and it exceeds the analogous figure of 2004 by 19.4%.

SSPF spent AZM 474.22 million in general for funding pensions and allowances to population last year and it exceeds the previous year indicator by 19.1%. Pension costs having more weight totaled AZM 248.76 million and exceeded the 2004 figure 4.4%. Costs paid instead of allowances for public utilities, transport and other services increased by 64.6% in comparison with the previous year and reached AZM 45.64 million. Costs on other allowances totaled AZM 175.52 million and exceeded the 2004 figure by 37.4%.

It should be noted that other expenses of SSPF amounted to AZM 22.56 million last year and it exceeds the previous year figure by 39.3%.
