1,467 job vacancies were created in Khanlar district since 2003

According to Baylar Aliyev, director of statistics department of Khanlar district 1,064 of 1,467 newly created job vacancies are permanent.

Since 2003 vacancies were created in following spheres: 228 jobs in newly established enterprises and organizations, 203 in the existing enterprises and organizations, 209 in enterprises which activities restored, 379 by physical persons, 448 in connection with various international and local projects and seasonal construction work.

The highest rate of newly created vacancies was observed in 2004. Last year 1,082 jobs were created in Khanlar district 15 of them were created in newly established enterprises and organizations, 116 in existing enterprises and organizations, 209 in the enterprises that restored their activity, 255 by physical persons, 351 in connection with various international and local projects and seasonal construction work.

Aliyev said that the process of new job creation is continued in framework of "State program on social-economic development of regions".
