Salyan Oil treats polluted area

Salyan Oil Limited (SOL), an operating company involved in the development of Kursangi-Garabaghly onshore fields, has treated the polluted area, which was a topic of legal proceedings between the company and Inspection on State Control over Environment and Use of Natural Resources under the Ecology Ministry.
The company told Trend they carried out full treatment of the area from the oil pollution. The company also plans to hold talks with the Ministry on the execution of the Court Sentences.

The Court of Appeal presented to Azerbaijan an additional term for the treatment of polluted area. Till March the company should complete the treatment work in the contract area.
