Akkord Corporation carried out second issue of corporate bonds

Akkord Corporation has issued corporate bonds for the second time. State registration of the new bond issue was carried out by the State Committee of Securities on November 4, 2013 under the registration number AZ2002008210.

The nominal value of an issued bond is 1000 (one thousand) manat, the total nominal value of all bonds is 50,000,000 (fifty million) manat, the level of profitability is 11.75% per year. Totally 50,000 (fifty thousand) bonds have been issued with a circulation period of three years.

“The International Bank of Azerbaijan” OJSC is acting as a market-maker to facilitate sale of the bonds issued by Akkord Corporation.

It must be noted that on November 7, 2013, the Corporation fully and timely repaid the bonds worth 50 million (fifty million) manat with profitability level of 12.5% per annum, which were issued in 2010.
