AZPROMO gets MBITA membership

The Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Fund (AZPROMO) joined the Monterey Bay International Trade Association (MBITA), the fund said today.

'This event was possible thanks to the work of AZPROMO's representative office in the U.S directed to develop cooperation with specialised international trade organisations', a statement said.

MBITA is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing trade promotion services to the U.S. (California, Washington, Oregon United States) and foreign countries (Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Japan, Korea and China) business communities. It has more than 150 organisations from alternative energy, ICT, agriculture, wine-making, food processing, pharmaceutical and other companies operating in various fields.

The Association carries out the establishment of trade relations between local and foreign companies using internet marketing and e-commerce technologies and operates the 'TradePort Collaborator' internet network with access to more than 50 importers, distributors, exporters and investor circles.
